Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative from the wholesale gift industry to join our team and transition into selling our marketing services and website development solutions. This role is ideal for a sales professional who has built strong relationships with retail clients and is ready to leverage those connections in a new, dynamic industry. You will play a key role in educating and selling our suite of digital solutions to your existing client base, helping them thrive in the digital age.
Key Responsibilities:
– Client Transition: Seamlessly transition your existing retail clients to utilize our marketing services and website development.
– Service Education: Introduce clients to our marketing services, including digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and custom website development.
– Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, understanding their evolving business needs and objectives.
– Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our new services and meet sales targets.
– Market Insight: We will help you stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing advancements, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
– Solution Selling: Identify client pain points and offer tailored digital solutions that drive business growth and enhance online presence.
– Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and web development teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
– Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
– Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the wholesale gift industry with a proven track record of success.
– Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex digital solutions in an accessible and compelling manner.
– Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts and website development is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
– Proactivity: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
– Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and digital product offerings.
